Bibliography Preparation

Bring your references together
A bibliography should help readers identify the works you have used. We can compile one from the citations in your book, or check and standardise a bibliography you have already prepared.
We bring together full and shortened citations, reconcile repeated references, and preserve distinctions between editions, translations, articles and chapters. Names, titles, publication details and ordering are treated consistently in the style agreed for your book, including Hebrew and mixed-language material.
A clear list, with clear questions
You receive an editable Word bibliography. We check the publication details needed to identify the cited works and flag missing or uncertain information for you to resolve. We also compare citations with the bibliography, so that missing entries and unmatched references can be considered together. A supplied list may intentionally include uncited works; we do not simply remove them.
If you ask us only to format a list, we agree that narrower scope with you. A bibliography of works cited can be compiled from the book; additional works consulted need to come from you.
Connected to the rest of your book
Bibliography preparation can take place before balancing. Its verified source details can support the later ProofRight technical review. When we also create your Kindle edition, verified citations can link to the corresponding bibliography entries, with a route back to the citation – even when it appears inside a note.
