I started my professional career working for Alpha Creative Solutions, a small typesetting firm in Sale, England. After moving to Israel, I worked for The Jerusalem Publishing House, then on to HaMakor Press, and finally onto a position at the Jerusalem Post. 
 

After moving forward again in my career, I launched my own firm, Jerusalem Typesetting, which ran for a successful six years before being bought by the renowned Koren Publishers. There I was in charge of typography, typesetting, and interior book design for the famed Koren line. 

After my tenure at Koren, I relaunched as Renana Typesetting.

I received my BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science and Printing and Photographic Technology from Manchester Polytechnic (which was renamed the following year as Manchester Metropolitan University). My professional in-house training of typesetting and typography took place at Alpha Creative Solutions, Sale, Manchester.
